I would run a hot bath and then sit baby in his rocker in the bathroom. The humidity helps with the breathing and stuffiness.
and as boo says, seek professional advice, even if just to discuss with pharmacist as they may be able to recommend something to help

Hi my son was the same. Infact as he grew older the doctors insisted he was asthmatic! I however wasnt having any of it! I have tried MANY different things and whereas I have found washing powder and fabric softenersalways worsen him and so I can only use Fairy non bio. No softeners as straight away he will start to cough and sniffle! good luck give it a try!
Generally the snuffle babe things are 3 months. There is however no problem with the bowl of hot water in the corner with vic or karvol etc.(dont make it too strong) This worked well with both mine. If you are breast feeding I used to put vic on my boob where they couldnt touch it but they fed better and settled better cus they were full. You could raise the head end of the cot slightly. This will also help.
