What is the maximum number of IKEA pencils you can stand on their end on your desk at the same time?

Maybe you only have 21 straight-ended pencils and the rest of them are wonky!

not sure how many as i haven't tried recently. however, my son did come back from there the other day with 309 in various pockets...can anyone beat that.?

do they have rubbers on the end of them if they do then take them of that is why you can only fit 21 on your desk
