I don't think it will be too bad - all the kids should be at school on a Monday and the weather (assuming its cold and nasty in March) might put people off.

I live near to Alton Towers and go quite often and weekdays are definately quieter (as long as it's not school hols), I don't think the fact that it has just re-opened will make a lot of difference, it probably won't start getting really busy until about Easter.

Alton Towers - 'Where the magic never ends', or so the commercial says. Imagine my disappointment when it closed at 7.30

Colum Hill

Think that says it all really.
The half term holidays for England & Wales are different. England begins the 12th & Wales on the 19th.
Hmmm, reminds me of the time we set off bright and early one morning to beat the rush at Flamingoland only to find it didn't open till the week after. Try explaining that to three little girls crying their eyes out!
goldnsilver - you are talking February (half term) they are going in March and I would think that most schools would still be open - not closing until about 30th March or a few days earlier.
