Colour quiz- "Q"

Hello people.
This is my first cry for help.

It's the last one to get in a quiz in which all of the answers are colours. The clue to this is Q. Just the letter Q, nothing else.

I've thought of Q for Qatar, Q in James Bond, Q for cucumber, Q for Kew, cue, but none seem to lead to a colour. Any ideas?

Quartz comes in several colours. Don't know if that helps you.

It's a good idea - could be rose perhaps.

There are some artists colours that have quinacridone in the name, but I don't think it's that. The clue is a bit more feeble than the rest if it's just the initial letter of something.

Q is also the acronym for the Queen in a game of chess. She can be the Black queen or the White queen. Perhaps the setter wants one of those two colours.

It turns out that the answer is yellow, which is the colour of the naval signal flag for "Q".
