error help!!

when i try to go on to any program it cant open it such as msn or itunes this is the message that came up

an error occurred while attempting to create the diredctory :c:/documents and settings/all users/application data/apple computor/installer cache /itunes < this is what comes up when i try to go on itunes

mate this sometimes happends when the software isnt installed properly or somone else on your computer could have deleted a file from it which could affect your shortcuts
