My current job has a final salary pension to which I've been contributing for 10 years, but I've now been offered another job for more money, without a final salary pension. I'm still 30 years off retirement. I'm currently being paid around 30K. What's the minimum that I should accept from the new employer?

Your employer should have been putting in 2 to 3 times your contribution so that's a starting point. As any new scheme you take out won't be related to final salary maybe aim a bit higher - say 35K minimum?
Something else to bear in mind is that your old employer is likely to abolish their final salary scheme before you retire, so it may not be worth as much as you think anyway.
