I am a 34D and i hate my breasts. They are really saggy (and iv not even had kids!!) and also, im really embaressed to say, i have inverted nipples, which i am soooo paranoid about. Im only 23 and im losing my confidence, i have no money for a boob job either! Im scared to get intimate with a man in case they think im repulsive.Im not excatly skinny either so that doesnt help, cos the rest of my body is minging too. Any advise greatly appreciated....!

as a man, i find women are always self concious of their bodies, and see a different body to what i see, i dont think you really have anything to worry about, easier said than done though, just believe me, i'm sure you look great

saggy tits or not id still give you one starry.my missus is 44dd and saggy but any breasts are great by me.bigger the better too.dont worry about your body as if that puts men off you they are very shallow.most men dont worry but they do worry about what their mates think.oh no,ithink im starting to sound like a perv.better go to bed now.been up all night drinking and watching boxing.so dont worry and enjoy yourself.you might not like your body but plenty men will.

starry eyes, you don't need surgery you need some self-esteem. I had a tumour removed from my stomach some years ago which left me with a HUGE ugly scar down my middle.(like Frankenstein's monster) I was sooo frightened about any potential boyfriends finding it repulsive but believe me, most men are so pleased to be in bed with you they don't even flinch at something like that! Breasts are beautiful to men, in all their shapes and forms. I wish my back measurement was a 34! And despite what you say about being "not exactly skinny" I can't imagine that you are hideously overweight, either! Everyone has their own individual hang ups and I mean EVERYONE! Think about who you are comparing yourself to and then think are the majority of people like that anyway?! Please have a think about the good things in your life. BTW, I have a gorgeous BF now and a lovely son. My boobs aren't exactly perky but my other half never complains - LOL. Lots of love to you xxx

You could try an Avent Niplette for inverted nipples. My cousin bought one before she became pregnant as she knew she might find breast feeding tricky. She says they're brilliant.

Starry, i am similar to you, im only 9 stone and 5 foot tall but my boobs are also 34c and saggy im nearly 23yrs old and i hate it, been with my bloke for 4 years now but i had taking my bra off infront off him even now! lol.

i go to the gym and i asked the woman instructor what i can do to firm my boobs up - as there isnt any musle its a bit more diffcult but yu can firm up around that area, one of my exercises is to lay on a bench and bring my dumbells right up and down, its helped dramitcally!
