Girls I have to share this with you..... I have found the best healing cream ever for spots.... SUDOCREM!! I know it's commonly used for nappy rash but hey give it a go!! x

I hope this isn't a wind up? You just apply a thin layer over the infected area and let it work it's magic X

it is the best ever cream, it clears every rash, spot, soreness, sunburn - you name it - it clears it. (oh and before i go, you know the horrid red nose thing you get after a cold, even shifts that!)

my advice would be as it's very thick and white, would be to always apply at night to the problem area and "da-da" come the morning all gone!

oh and it's dead cheap too, a tub will last for years!

WoW! This sounds great, I might go out & buy some tommorow. I get loads of spots and the doctors has given me Differin Cream but I might as well try this!

hiya sudocream is good..............a dot of fresh lemon onto the spot is good or plain yogurt or toothpaste.they are all excellent
