A retaiming wall divides my property from my neighbour. The base of the wall is 4meters below the level of my property and stands on my neighbours land. Part of the wall has collapsed. Who is responsible since I have no accsess to their side of the wall. For years they have maintained the wall on their side. They claim it's my wall since it supports my land.
