Pregnancy test while on the pill

Does being on a contraceptive pill make any difference to the results of a pregnancy test? (I'm on Cilest).

Just thought that maybe the pill could possible give a negative result when it's positive etc.

I don't know why I think this, but thought I'd ask!!!
