Next time you feel like being naughty, murder a granny, run over a couple of nuns, and rob a post office, the penalties will be less draconian.
The other alternative is to do like most people round my way seem to do, and not register your car in your name.

The alternative is if you have a friend with a smart buy one yourself and park em both in the same bay, and pay for one ticket, that gets em going, for a start they don't know whether to book one or not, the other thing is if they do give one of you a ticket you just produce the paid ticket from the other smart.

if i register my car with dvla under a false name and address,
im thinking of the money i will save from speeding, cameras, radars, parking tickets-
