sceptic tank

one house installed sceptic tank another house also connected into it and now a third house. Would this be acceptable as tank is not large. I had to install a large onion type tank for my own house only. Anyone know rights of this?

talk to your local council, we were on septic tank once and just to get it enlarged needed planning permission!!

Thanks for answer auzzie just thought it would not be legal to have three houses on the one small tank.
