pins and needles

Just wondered what causes pins and needles in the soles of your feet. I have been getting this for the past month or so, every morning, just as I get out of bed. It only last for a while, but I want to know why it has started doing this all of a sudden? Any suggestions, and please don't say old age i'm on 30+:) not overweight, and don't smoke!

Quinah, when you get older, gain some weight, and start smoking you will no longer suffer from the sensation of pins and needles in your lower extremities.

skyep- have just looked on ask, and that does make sense, because I have a job where I have to stand all day every day, and I have had a few back problems before. Thanks for the link.
