round the world

im embarking on a round the world trip in october. Im starting off in s. east asia and backpacking through all the way to latin america.

However im crapping myself cos i'll be on my own for some of it!

Ive travelled before but never alone, plus im a girl!

Anyone done this before?

Yes chic1998, backpacked through North America, Mexico and then to South America, it was the best holiday I have ever had (am also a girl). No one to answer to, able to please myself, and met some fabulous people along the way. Received advice from others on where to go, where not to go and was able to inpart advice based on my travels. Stayed in hostels which was an excellent way to meet fellow travellers.

Only word of caution I would give is to take care of yourself, don't put yourself into any weird situations, don't get p*ssed, if a situation feels wrong then leave, go with your intuitiuon, other than that have a fantastic time!

Yeah Im just going to be sensible and really enjoy myself!!

Im putting myself thrugh the most boring job to save up for it but it'll be worth it!!
