Prawn Korma recipe please!

Does anyone have a recipie for a Creamy Korma Curry using prawns instead of chicken. I am cooking for a friend tonight but he won't eat chicken, would it be ok to just substitute the meat for the prawns do you think? Thank you!!!x

Yep. Fine. Make 'em jumbo or king prawn though.

Put the prawns in at the last minute, just long enough to heat them through. Overcooking prawns can shrink them very quickly, and you could end up with them the size of fingernail clippings!!
