Windows media player 10

[Creepy]

For no apparent reason windows media player randomly starts playing videos even though i have not started it - this can happen hours after startup. I have run virus checkers etc. detect nothing.
Any ideas ? I have also been through every control feature I can find and all seems well.

Have you recently downloaded Kazaar Gold or something similar? I had a similar experience when I did and had a soundtrack running in the background continually even after rebooting it was still there. I had to have my IT guy remove it for me.

Thanks for your answer - I sorted it myself by clearing cache in windows movie player.
