Being a rather large lady (34DD), I have noticed that things are starting to head south. Can anyone recommend any exercises that might help firm up my boobs so that they are not on intimate terms with my stomach?
If you go to a gym barmaid your best bet is the pec dec and start off on a low weight or join a step and weights class or body pump. At home though press ups either on the floor or up against the wall should help too. You could improvise at home as well by using weights (or tins of beans) and either sitting or standing make the same motion as a pec dec. Gym balls are good too you can do press ups over the gym ball they come with a good instruction video too. Get a really well fitting sport bra too if you are planning anything too vigorous.
Im a 34DD and my boobs have been at my knees for years!, despite running, going to the gym, doing weights & push ups ect. Miss inquiry, can i please have the number of that surgeon!!!?!! LOL
