I can't tell you the answer CraziCrow but when I remarked on it my son mentioned it had been in Apocalypse Now.

It wasn't Barber's Adagio For Strings was it??? Seem to remember my flatmate remarking about it and I think it was at the end of this programme - it was on Platoon also!
