Where is the best place for annual holiday insurance, for someone aged 66 with no medical conditions ?? Thanks everyone. If not possible to get annual, then single trip please.

Only one place I can suggest you go for travel insurance for over 65's (Insure For All - http://www.insureforall.com/ ). Use them for my parents all the time as they specialise in senior citizen travel insurance and have won awards because of how good they are.
