I think this means I have no regrets but can anybody tell me how you would say [in french] I have regrets?

In French, regrette is the verb and regret is the noun so if you have regrets I think it should be "J'ai des regrets."

Je suis desole means "I am sorry" rather than "I have regrets" but it's been a couple of decades since I did French O-Level so I could be wrang.
