has anyone used Licit Legal to claim thier bank charges back?

No, but it's something you can do reasonably easily yourself for free so wouldn't bother.

yummymummy is right - don't let anyone else take a cut from your money! I've just done it and all it took was two letters and a cheque for �10. You can download the letters you need from the sites - I got mine from the BBC website. Its your money so don't let these companies take a big cut for the sake of 2 letters.

Thanks for the advice. I've just heard from Licit Legal LTD. They have emailed me the amount they are going to approach my bank for. I think they take a 25% cut. Can I stop this at this stage and persue reclaiming my bank charges independently?
