british gas inspection

we've british gas coming round next week to look at our boilder before they allow us to have boilder cover, what does this involve?

Also should I tell them we had cover through npower but as it was rubbish we cancelled it?

You'll probably find your British Gas cover is rubbish, too. In ten years they'll say you need a new boiler. Your payments would have almost paid for a new one by then.

They will be making sure it isn`t too old and needy of repairs. My fire used to be working before they came,and not after they`d gone. They always said the same we`ll send a BG engineer this time the first one was a contractor.
