me and my partner have had a split resulting in a "break",our house is a 70/30 share with the council,i have been ejected because of our two yr old needs her house and i may be back q soon,however prearmed is prewarned so how would i acquire my share if it happened again,we own 43% each and her father owns the remainder

Your question is very confusing. What is a break"? You say we own 43%, who is we, you and?? the father owns 27%, is that correct? You acquire his 27% either by agreeing to "buy him out" or he transfers his share to you for free.
