Has anyone else found their partners to be very unsupportive of their weight loss attempts?

To be honest I think my bloke's a bit insecure and thinks my gym is full of gorgeous sportsmen with rippling muscles, not people like me trying to get rid of their wobbly bottoms!
Not only does my other half eats McD's in front of me, he scoffs crisps and chocs (offering me some, knowing full well I'll say no cos I'm on a diet). Then when I did manage to lose some weight (over 2 stone with weight watchers) he tells me 'well done...... so where have ya lost it then as you look no different to me' !!!!!!!!! Don't ya just wanna shoot them - bl**dy men !!!
In general my hubby gives lots of praise but it is the little things like putting milk(not even skimmed) in my coffee and cornflakes. He is always suggesting getting take aways and eating out
yeah in the trying to keep me fat kind of way.
