Fuel contamination - think my car affected

My car started juddering last Thursday after i drove it for a few minutes. I have been away for a few days and when i came back yesterday it still does it. Now i have read about the contamination thing. Do we know the symptons of the fault of the cars

Mine is: juddering after driving for about 4 mins, slow to accelerate, jolty

My petrol was low yesterday evening and so i filled up with more petrol. (the light came on yesterday). Still juddering this morning
