Sorry I should know, but....

is this a short hold assured tenancy \?

(It sounds comercial}
Question Author
its not a short hold tenancy or an assured short hold tenancy(dont worry i did housing law)....its a commerical property that is leased out...and within the lease, in the proviso there is a forfeiture clause,that states the right to re enter and get possesion of the property. despite giving so many notices to the tenant,he has failed to provide the rent money and is in arrears. im looking at the court website and looking for a form, i have found a 'claim form for possession of property' is this the correct one. please can you shed some light ...thank you
