How much will it cost

I want to buy some floorboards,the seller is selling them at 50p per foot,the boards measure 6 3/4 inches wide,how much will this cost per yard how many feet would be in a square yard

3ft X3ft = 9sq ft , 9sq ft = 1sq yard
measure your room L x W in feet and then divide by 9 this will give you the sq yard.

as i dont know how long the floorboards are that your seller is selling or the area that you want to cover i cannot answer your Q all you need to do is supply the seller with the square yard area and he will then supply you with the most approeriate lengths to suit your needs.

O.K just had a meeting with meself, if the board is 15ft long that will be 1 sq yard allowing 3/4 for grove. im doing my best for you just had wine with me dinner!!!
