Selling on Ebay

My friend came round to my house last night so I could set him up on Ebay and show him how to sell something on there. Got him set up, no problems. When we started to complete the details about the item he is selling the format was much more user friendly than when I sell stuff. For example on the description I have to use HTML coding to change the font size, colors, paragraphs etc but for my friend it was all done with drop downs to select the size and color. Why is his different ? And how can I make mine the same? We were both on the same computer (my Mac) and using Firefox browser.

I had the exact same problem with mine using f/f, so I updated the turbo lister, regarding your problem i`ve not the foggiest what causes it

Sorry I know that this may not help but a few months ago my selling on e bay came up with the same html coding for selling but managed to sort it out and for the life of me cannot remember what I done to fix it will try to go into e bay and see what i done to change the settings and get back to you if I find out what happened and in the meantime hope somebody answers your question so i can also see what happened

You should be given an option to sell with a new format or use the old sell your item thing.Choose the new selling format and thats where or the drop downs are.I use fire fox too and it works fine.Hope this helps,unless im just stating the obvious!Let me know.
