well i think a lot of it is where you live, i asked my (14 year old) daughter and she looked at me as if she thought I was gonna go out in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol she said 'Yes if your a chav' (?) but then showed me some celeb magazines where certain girls are still wearing them? pot luck i guess ; )
