Replacing floorborads in en-suite

Following a leak in our en-suite, the floorboards (which are those big square boards like chipboard rather than planks) are damaged. They are nailed in I think and seem to be slighty warped and the squeaking noise is driving us mad.
The total floorspace is only about 5'x5'. (Shower tucked away in an alcove).
My questions are
1) How expensive is this likely to be and is it a big job? and
2) Would the sink pedestal and the toilet need to be moved out to do the job? That would be a nightmare, I think : (
I'd appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks.

Is the entire flooring damaged or just a section of it???

Well I think the whole floor needs to be replaced really , you have to be careful where you stand so as not to get it to squeak. And it's worst at the back of the toilet-just our luck!
Well in that case the lots going to need replacing, don`t worry because if your tackling the job its not such a big problem, providing you have turn off valves on the toilet and wash hand basin then that`ll save you some time. If your unsure on doing the job yourself could you not make a claim from you insurance??

We don't want to mess about waiting for the Insurance co. and we don't mind paying someone to do a job for us, (we couldn't do it ourselves and I don't fancy a divorce whilst trying!!) it's just knowing that they're going to do it properly. I'm not very good when everywhere's a mess, that's all.
If it all needs to be replaced, so be it, I just don't fancy having to move the sink and toilet out to do it.. Plus, we seem to end up opening the yellow pages and hoping for the best. It makes a big difference if you know tradesmen you can trust, doesn't it?
Thanks anyway, teash.
No probs KC and I wouldn`t worry because its only a day of a job at the 'very' most. And yes it does make a big difference if you know somebody who`s a tradesman. Good luck
