For example, it won't be available when you want it and the time you can go will be much more, or you have to go on expensive trips whilst there, or you have to buy the hotel food at vastly inflated prices. Meanwhile they have your 20 and you won't get it back unless you go on a trip. I'm willing to put money on it.
These people get rich but getting thousands of people to write out 20 cheques.
The people never get a holiday because they make it too difficult for you to accept it.
They say things like "You have to fly today" or "You have to fly out from Aberdeen airport but back to Plymouth airport"
You say you cannot do that and they say sorry you have lost your free holiday.

very wise not to send your cheque, there possibly is a holiday just to keep within the law but you will find it impossible to take, as previous answers you will have to fly from the other end of the country [ they have your address and know how to make it difficult] with about 24 hrs notice and if you were to check with that airline on that particular day you will find that your name is not down to fly, why ,because they dont expect you to make it and have not made a booking for you.
Its just a scam to fleece you and other people who maybe cant afford a trip to Paris, lots of 20s add up to a "nice little earner" and all they have to do is mail the "mail shots" and sit back and wait for the money to roll in.

It concludes they are genuine.
You'll have to pay extra for all sorts of things (including getting to Dover where the tour starts) but can still land up with a cheap holiday - but nowhere near as cheap as you thought. And you won't land up in a time share presentation.
Posters on http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/index.php seem to be saying the same sort of thing.
