Flash of light

I have no idea wher to ask this but. On Monday night at 9.18pm whilst watching prue eveil II partner & I both experienced a flash. Like lightening bright white flash in the middle of the room, only for 1 millisecond. It was not the TV or light & not from outside. Anyone else seen one.or any ideas what it could have been. I'm serious by the way.

Well...we did look out to see if some weirdo had took a pic thru the window..I'm not a celeb thank god, but you dont know what pervs are out there. .however it came from the centre of the room...I am really bothered by it & want to know what it was. any scientific answers;)

Dont spose you happened to watch that programme last night about the Poltergeist that was around in the 70's, well spooky. ..just a thought.

This really is weird.

NOT on Monday, but last night - Tuesday - I was watching Life on Mars on BBC 1 in my lounge. Just at the part when he went into church I was aware of a very quick flash and also a noise which I took to be the TV. The flash was most unusual, I had custains drawn and I thought it came from TV. A minute later, my grand-daughter came in from her room where she was watching something on cable and said "what on earth was that". She explained about her flash and by this time we could hear thunder outside so we put it down to the storm but it was still weird.

i have seen this several times first time when i was 14 scared the s*it out of me. usually at night, have no idea what it is and dont supppose i ever will.

Seen it at my Dad's house a few times, he's seen it as well but weirdly it's only ever been in my dad's house
