Girl Trouble (Sorry I'm asking again, but i need more answers)
13 Answers
Theres this girl that I met and I really like her (as in I find her attractive, personality and looks). The night that we met I caught her looking at me a few times, so at the end of the night I got my friend to ask for her number, I know thats pathetic but I didnt want to be turned down, anyway, Ive been texting her and weve talked online a few times, but I dont know if she likes me back. I dont want to ask her straight out because I hate rejection and Id feel really bad if she said no. I really dont know what to do next and I cant stop thinking about her. How can I tell if she likes me back without asking her directly. What would other people do in this situation. I know this website isnt and agony aunt site but I thought people may have some good suggestions for me. By the way Im 16 if that makes a difference. Thanks

If you really don't want to ask her straight up... then just see how she acts when you talk to her. Even online you can tell if someone is excited to talk to you or not. If she seems really talky maybe you have a shot. You can hint around asking her who she likes and stuff like that too. See how she reacts and what she says. If she says a different boy than you... I'd back off. But if she says I dunno or something like that maybe she does like you. If none of that works you really have no other choice than to straight up say you like her. I know that a lot of guys don't ask girls out because they don't want to get rejected, but a lot of girls wont ask a guy out period. So you might miss out. Hope I helped!
i'm 22 and as recently as saturday told a girl i've had a crush on for 7 years that i liked her. she has been in a relationship that whole time so it never seemed right to say anything. turns out she's feels the same way and we're gonna see what happens! just tell the girl, it'll make your life a whole lot easier
Have a look at her bodylanguage.
A Clasic one for us girls is that we cant look at a boy we fancy straight in the eyes, we go all kinda nervious and giggle a lot of the time when we are chating with a boy we like; The eyes are a bit brighter, more open than usual. Then I think you should tell her, because that way all that tension will slowly fiz away.
Rejection is a part of everyone's life. It has made me the person I am! I know that sounds funny but if people reject you it means you're not meant to be. Use it to learn. You just chose how much you let it effect you. But it sounds to me like she likes you back so go for it! Tell her you like her. Take a chance and if it doesn't work out - hey - what have you lost?
Well I would ask her out, if she's giving you all the right signals then go for it. Girls like guys to approach them (being one I know this) and if you don't ask you don't get so even if you do get rejected, which I doubt you will after what you have said at least you put yourself out there and had the guts to ask. She probably likes you alot and is just waiting on you making the first move, even if she doesn't feel the same way - which would be very unlikely - she won't laugh in your face if you ask her out she'll be polite and let you down gently if she's a decent person. So I think that you should go ask her out, what have you got to loose?
Why don't you ask her out on a casual date - just like a friend? Tell her you were planning to go somewhere (wherever) and ask if she'd like to come too. If she says no - it doesn't feel like you're being rejected - because technically you're just asking her to chum you somewhere rather than a proper date. If she says yes, then when you're out you can work out if there are stronger feelings between you.
