Paper cut out

I was wondering wherei could get a cut out of paper to make a box a Full closed box . I used to get it for lent from the priest for the kids to put their lil saved coins and all it used to be on a Paper the cut out and we'd have to stick it on a CARDBOARD BOX to and then cut it along the lines to make a real box.. with a small slit on the top for putting the coins.
I hope it makes sense i have an idea in my head of how it looked like a cross wiht foldable ends to glue and stick I hope sumone can help me out as to where i can find a Copy of that thanks
