DEPENDS HOW BIG THE HOUSE IS!
AND THE SIZE OF WIRE USED> PARDON !
Got too be a big house with all this shouting.
WHAT? SPEAK UP JENNY TOOLS WE CAN'T HEAR YOU.
ALL THROUGH WHAT? A SUNDAY = DOUBLE TIME A BANK HOLIDAY= QUADRUPLE TIME SO NO WISE TO REWIRE A HOUSE ALL THROUGH A BANK HOLIDAY. OK seriously (and if you haven't got the subtle hint, uppercase is taken to be shouting) you need to use the category search down below left as this question has been asked on a number of occasions and you will find answers there. YOU CAN ALL STOP SHOUTING NOW. I SAID YOU CAN ALL STOP SHOUTING NOW. I SAID Y-O-U C-A-N A-L-L...................
Best if you contact a qualified electrician, they all charge different rates so its best to go for the middle one and not the cheapest. depending on the size of house and how much work needs doing ur looking at approx 300 - 600
I'd heard about 400-600 for a new fuse box, then 2000-3000 for the wiring. That was based on "an average" 3 bed house. Obviously rates will differ - get at least 3 quotes.
soulstar, fuse boxs doesnt cost bout 400-600 try your local electrcial wholesaler u can pick 1 up for about 70 in fact its probably cheaper to buy all the cable and stuff from them and then get a sparky to do it.
bad11thebone is bang on with that i used to work in an electrical wholesalers and the mark up electricians do on material should be illegal ( make sure u go for qualified espically if u want to insure, rent or sell the property ) NIC - EIC certificated is a start ! good luck
Between 2000 & 3000
