Hi, Can anyone out there help?
I ahve been on Google and askjeeves but to be honest too many sites came up and i lost the will to keep sifting through them all.
I am looking for a bank or builing society that offer a savings account scheme. I dont want to be able to touch the money as i wish to try and save for a house or for children later in life. I was hoping to find a company that would let us decide the saving rate. If anyone knows of a good place can you let me know. Thanks!

Lloyds TSB are offering an excellent account at the moment.

It pays 8% interest, and you save between 25 and 250 a month.
It is fixed for 2 years, but it should give you a healthy balance to put into an ISA, which is tax free.
