Sending pictures from my mobile.

Can someone please tell me. I have tried to send two pictures taken on my mobile to two different people using different mobile phones and it comes up "go to www. etc to view picture" One person does not have the internet and the other didn't know how to do this. Why does it not just go straight to the other phone?

their phones have to be wap phones. then they have to have it set up to recieve mms mesages
