on this issue,what is the law regarding taxi drivers using radios,that are not hands free.coach drivers cannot use hand held microphones(for obvious reasons)and in most counties can't use hands free headsets.

Two way radios are not included in this legislation and so taxi drivers can legally use them.

It will not prevent them from being prosecuted for driving without due care and attention though.

ive got an elastic band if my phone rings while im driving i answer it and put elastic band over my head cheaper than a fine and cheaper than hands free
