Do i have to work my months notice if i have not been offered the job after 3 months probationery period?

You havent got a contract so your not tired to them.
I would either walk away or give them a weeks notice
If you are on a 3 month probationary period and all is going well, isn't it the case that you will just naturally pass the 3 month point and then you are bound by the rules of your contract, which is actually the terms and conditions of employment shown in the staff handbook, which will be sent to you during the first 3 months of employment once your references are returned satisfactorily?
If they are letting you go at the end of the three month period you are not giving them notice. So no you will finish automatically at the end of the three months. If anyone is giving notice it is them to you.
But if I leave now will I still get paid to the end of the month?
Have you been given notice because you haven't passed your probationary period? If that's the case you could ask for a reference and ask if you could leave immediately. If your contract requires you to give a months notice and you don't then technically it would be breach of contract but what would the remedy be? I can't see a company taking you to court for breach. The worst the company could do would be to give you a poor reference
Do you have a contract? Legally it must be issued to an employee at a months service. Whatever notice period is detailed is what you should give (altho as another post said it is very unlikely that you would be taken to court over it, but may get a poor reference). What does it say in your contract about the end of your probabtion? does it say they will review it, when & how? Technically, if an employer fails to review your performance and they continue to let you work for them past your prabationary period, you are automatically permanent (in the eyes of the law).
I got at contract by them when i started saying that i am on 3 month probationery period then they would review making me permanent after that period but i didn't get any reviews during the meantime and they went a week over my 3 months and i continued working. If I insist on not working my probation are they entitled to stop paying me when i stop work before my month notice?
