Been asked to find pills for pulputations,the name I,ve been given is Aconitum"The fright of flight" anyone got any ideas where I can buy them or read up on them.

By palpitations I assume that you mean rapid pulse rate or rapid perceptive heart beats.
Aconite may help in CERTAIN heart condtions, but may be DANGEROUS in other heart problems.
Go to your GP before you embark on herbal Aconite to identify the cause of your palpitations

I had palpitations, they related to a hormone imbalance. Go see your doctor. I didn't want to take Beta Blockers (as the doctor suggested), but used Rescue Remedy. You can get it from Boots and health food shops. You add a few drops to water or put straight under the tongue. IT REALLY WORKS!
I even know of some of vets who use it for animals, so it can't just be a placebo...
