ive seen quite a few stand ups in the last few months but no ones made me laugh quite as much as jimmy carr yet. whose been your favorites recently?

He was absolutely brilliant. Ad-lib, improv, observation etc. He picked up a copy of Nottingham Topper (free paper) & turned the most banal stories into hilarious comedy. All Russell haters on AB, please bite the bullet, go see him live - he's very different to his Big Brother show.
Still can't top Bill Bailey in my book. I also like Dylan Moran and Ross Noble a lot too.
While I'll happily slag off Russell Brand for his involvement with THAT show, I must admit I saw some of his live DVD recently and he has gone up considerably in my estimation. Stand-up does seem to be his forte.
