Hi can someone refresh my memory, i was given a link
by someone, on how to find the LED pins and USB pins on acompaq P4, i have had a PC crash,and lost everything,compaq dont supply this info.

I cannot guarantee any of the following info, however a 2002 Tech Ref Guide for the Evo D500 P4 (PDF) includes this diagram for a Power Button/LED Header.

Hi kempie your info is spot on the links you provided took me where you directed me,how can i make sure it is the correct info for these motherboards i purchased these for my son too keep him occupied as he was going through a rough time of it "women thats enough on them eh" but he couldnt get his head round it,so i am trying to give him some encouragement supplying him with your info,you should get a job with Compaq , you have been more helpfull than they have. you are a diamond.many thanks for advice.
