masterchef - leek suet pudding

one of the contestants made a suet pudding with leeks in a cheese sauce - he was very into making traditional British food and i was wondering - was this a traditional dish, does it have a name and is there a recipie or do i need to make it up as i go, being Welsh i feel a need to try anything leeky!!
