Comic Relief and Children in Need

Which is the most genuine charity? I want to give money to the charity that gives money to the less unfortunate than the charity giving money going towards others things.

most,if not all of this money goes overseas,if you want to give to charity,my belief is, give it to a charity which benefits people in this country.

You would be better giving your money to the least fortunate or most unfortunate though not the least unfortunate.

well said kerplunk. to the other dude, yes ther are unfortunate people here but we are a rich country that can pay enough taxes so that people without jobs can still have homes, send their children to school and even get medical care. oversees if you are poor you're ******. you can die from illness that cost �2 to cure.some people here don't even know what real suffering is.i had the same dilema the other day and accidentaly donated to comic relief and instantly wished i had given the money to a less high profile charity that didn't have to use half my money on a big lavish show. i would give the money to a charity that does'nt have so many overheads and expensess. your money might make more impact
