Talk talk recieved lots of negative feedback after its launch because when it was launched by the carephone warehouse vastly misjudged the amount of people who would sign up to it and as a result were not ready for the amount of help needed etc, the point is that now, these many months after it's launch, most people who choose to change have very little trouble as the carephone warehouse can take it.
Hope this helps, sorry about the language but im not to good with english..

I started using Talktalk in August 2006. No problems.
I have had Talktalk3 since last November and no trouble at all with the system. I have included landline with mine plus international calls and my direct debit is around 20. So far I can't fault them.
My advise is simple - don't go there. I've had no end of problems and they are uncontactable. You get put through to someone in India, you can't understand what they are saying. Then, they cut you off.
It seems if it works fine, then your ok. If, like me my broadband goes down, then heaven help you.
