McAfee Phone Number

Does anybody know of a phone number for McAfee security software as a friend is having a heck of a job getting in touch with them, he has tried emailing them but he gets no response. He is trying to uninstall their software, it has run out of date and he doesn't want to renew it but he cannot uninstall it without a special code number and it won't let him install any one else's security software.
Does anyone have any idea's
