whats the new persil ad music - not the tams but the latest one - i know its another northen soul thing but can't place it at all! - Anyone???

I love the tune and used a search engine to find out.... no results but stumbled here :)

I posted the question to someone who is really up on Northern Soul thinking he would know... his reply was

directly from Persil customer support...(thursday)

The music you refer to was composed especially for the new Persil advert. It is untitled and not available on general release.

Thank you for contacting us."
 
I have emailed them again (yesterday) and have let them know that it should be recorded in full and put on general release.

We shall just have to wait and see

Have only just stumbled across this site, and read your post Eils.

We are convienced that the track used, is an old Northern track, and not one that was specially comissioned for the ad, if not it's very very close to something, but can't put our fingers on it as you don't get to hear quite enough of it to really rack your brain.

If anyone can let us know what it's similiar too, I'd be really grateful.

Keep us posted if Persil do get back to you on this.

awwwwww what a shame, i know the advert is listed on visit4info, but you have to be registered to see it and it costs �15 to register, could do wiv knowing someone who is registered on it to find out the info
