did anyone watch the programme about barclays bank last night?

ive had an idea - you know when you phone these places you get a prerecorded message saying 'your call may be recorded for security and monitoring purposes'. well those devices should be made available to the general public. i would get obscene pleasure from stringing up some of the lying, swindling, truth bending barstewards ive dealt with in my time. im only glad i have a bit of fight in me, and am not some poor confused elderly person.

why not just say that to any callers you get, then tape their conversation.

lol, id love to hear how you get on. I might even try that one myself, havent got a tape recorder but they wont know that :)
