We are living on land which was given to us in oct 2005 by my parents my brother also has land he has built on but his was legally signed to him , we have never had a written document but have planning permission in our name for a park home on the land.

after a family fall out it is being suggested that we move, can you please tell me if we can be forced off the land which we have put every penny into.

many thanks in advance.

Even though the land was not formally signed over to you, my view is that your parents hold it on a constructive trust for you through the doctrine of proprietary estoppel. This means that where B does something to his detriment which has been induced by a promise made by A, A is then estopped from insisting on his strict legal rights. Thus your parents said "here the land is yours", you put every penny into building a home so they cannot now insist on their strict legal rights. Get legal advice asap.
