listening to the media every oap i saw/heard said it was a good budget for them.
the removal of the 10%lower rate means that those having an income of less than �18.500 will pay more tax.

If Gordon Brown thinks he's pulled the wool over my eyes he's wrong. And if he thinks that this latest con trick will make me forget the 99 other stealth taxes he's introduced over his time as Chancellor I have to tell him that I'm not suffering from dimentia yet either!
